Bowling
Built to withstand the rigours of running in for over after over, bowling cricket shoes are usually made with sturdy, hardwearing materials and often feature straps across the top to keep your feet secure and supported. They generally have a slightly higher fit at the ankle for the same reason and come with substantial cushioning underfoot to absorb the forces of repeated impacts with the ground. Some feature reinforcement in vulnerable areas, such as the toe, providing extra protection and abrasion resistance.
